Service prices listed on this website are for labor unless otherwise stated. Parts, accessories, and any additional repairs identified during the service are billed separately.
If additional repairs are recommended after inspection, you will be informed before any additional work is performed.
Every bicycle receives a complete safety inspection before service begins. If any safety concerns or additional repair needs are identified, they will be discussed with you before work continues.
She Fixes Bicycles operates seasonally during Spring, Summer, and Fall. Temporary closures and seasonal updates will be posted on the website as needed.
She Fixes Bicycles provides mobile bicycle repair services within designated service areas. Customers outside the service area may contact us to discuss availability.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled by contacting us as soon as possible.
A minimum of 12 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, will result in the forfeiture of the $25 booking deposit.
If at least 12 hours' notice is provided, the booking deposit may be transferred to one future appointment.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information and ensuring their bicycle is accessible at the scheduled appointment time. Delays or inaccessible service locations may require the appointment to be rescheduled.
She Fixes Bicycles LLC is committed to providing professional bicycle repair services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, normal wear and tear, or issues resulting from unauthorized modifications made after service has been completed.
All website content, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, and branding, is the property of She Fixes Bicycles LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
She Fixes Bicycles LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
